• Original Passport Valid For 8 Months With 2 Empty Visa Pages. 
• Two (2) recent photographs (white background) Matt Finish with 35 x 45 mm, size.
• 1 Previous Passport (Covering 5 years of travel history).
• Personal Bank Statement of The Last 6 Months With Sufficient Balance of 700,000 also With Account Maintenance Certificate Dully Stamp & Signed.
• Copy of CNIC 
• Copy of Credit Card/s If Have Any. 
• Personal NTN Certificate Copy. 
• Spouse’s Nic Copy If Married . 
• B-Form Copy For Children If traveling with family. 
• Bonafide Letter If the Applicant Is a Student Stamp & Signed by the Institute. 
• Email Address 
• PMDC Certificate Copy if Applicant is a Doctor.
• If Employee! Company letter with 3 Month Salary Slips with stamp & signed.
• If a Business Letter Head Required.
• NOC For Government Officers From Their Institution. 
• Employment Letter Stating The Name, Position, Salary, Profession, Or Type Of Skill.
• FRC Copy if Married MRC copy Also 
• Visa issuance usually takes 18 working days to 1 Month. However delays can be expected
• Appointment Rates Subject to Availability. 
• Visa issuance or rejection is solely at the immigration's disposal.
