Covering letter
- 2 recent passport size photographs white background with front face non glossy paper 33mm x 48mm
- Bank Statement of the last 6 months with account maintaining certificate
- Hotel and return ticket booking information

Police Clearance Certificate must be required if you are applying first time.

Original CNIC
Photo Copy of pages 1 & 2 and valid visa/s of your passport
1st time visit- interview call, come personally along with Bank statement
Polio vaccination certificate
